Official Account Deletion & Data Removal Request
Important Notice: Once your deletion request is processed, your GrocerEase account will be permanently deactivated. Any unused wallet credits or reward points will be forfeited and cannot be restored.
What data will be deleted?
- Personal Identity: Your name, phone number, email address, and profile credentials.
- Saved Locations: All registered delivery addresses, society names, and GPS markers.
- Wallet & Credits: Remaining digital wallet balance, vouchers, and reward points.
- Account Activity: Active carts, wishlists, and in-app notification preferences.
- Note: Past financial invoices may be archived in encrypted logs strictly to comply with local tax, GST, and accounting regulations.
